Do you ship outside the United States?

RXBAR ships only to United States addresses. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order and includes tracking.

How long should delivery take?

The usual timeline is 1–2 business days before shipment and 4–6 business days in transit, subject to carrier conditions.

Are exchanges available?

RXBAR supports eligible returns and exchanges during the 30-day post-delivery window and covers the shipping cost for every approved no-reason or quality-related return.

Custom products, clearance or Final Sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are excluded from no-reason returns, without limiting rights for damage, defects, wrong items, or missing goods.

Where is my approved refund sent?

RXBAR returns an approved refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Can an order be cancelled?

A cancellation request is possible before shipment. Once the order has shipped, RXBAR handles the request under the Refund Policy.
